Privacy policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller is Benatia Marketing, sole proprietorship (French entreprise individuelle, micro-entreprise), SIRET 894 347 699 00031, 33 boulevard Sadi Carnot, 06110 Le Cannet, France, publisher of expandintoindia.com. Contact for any question or request about your data: contact@expandintoindia.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

2. What we collect

Please do not send sensitive data (health, political opinions, criminal records and similar) through the form.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

Requests are sorted by priority (for example by timing and budget) so that the most urgent ones are answered first. This sorting has no legal or similar effect on you: a person reads every request.

4. Who receives your data

5. Transfers outside the UK and the European Economic Area

Your data may be transferred to India (the partner handling your project) and to the United States (hosting and email providers). These transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, the UK international data transfer addendum or an adequacy decision where one applies. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. Write to contact@expandintoindia.com; we answer within one month. We may ask for proof of identity. You can also complain to a data protection authority: the CNIL (France, www.cnil.fr), the ICO (United Kingdom, ico.org.uk) or the authority of your country.

8. Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), limits automated submissions and stores no form data in your browser. Access to requests is limited to the people who need it.

9. Cookies and analytics

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) to measure visits and form use: pages viewed, approximate country, device type and form steps. IP addresses are anonymised. Analytics cookies are kept for up to 13 months and data in Google Analytics for 14 months. Nothing is loaded if you refuse or until you choose. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. We set no advertising cookies.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
