Terms of use
Last updated: 18 October 2026. By using expandintoindia.com or sending a project request, you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
Expand into India is a trading name of Benatia Marketing, sole proprietorship (French entreprise individuelle, micro-entreprise), SIRET 894 347 699 00031, 33 boulevard Sadi Carnot, 06110 Le Cannet, France ("we"). Contact: contact@expandintoindia.com.
2. A service for businesses only
Expand into India is intended for companies and professionals acting for their business, not for consumers. By sending a request, you confirm that you act on behalf of a business and that you are at least 18 years old. Consumer protection rules that apply only to consumers, such as withdrawal rights, therefore do not apply to this service.
3. What we do, and what we do not do
We introduce companies to independent professionals and businesses in India ("partners"): lawyers, accountants, consultants, manufacturers and other firms. Our role is limited to receiving your request, selecting a partner suited to it and passing your request to that partner.
- We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, customs, regulatory, financial or investment advice.
- We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, a broker, a regulated financial adviser or an investment firm, in any country.
- We do not manage, hold or invest money for anyone, and we do not advise individuals on personal investments.
- We do not carry out, supervise or guarantee the work of partners.
- We do not act as your agent or representative, and we cannot sign anything on your behalf.
4. Partners are independent
Each partner is an independent business. Any contract for services, goods, setup, manufacturing or investment is made directly between you and the partner, on terms you agree with them. The partner alone is responsible for its work, advice, products, prices, timelines, licences and compliance. You remain free to accept or refuse any proposal and to check any partner yourself.
5. How we are paid
The introduction is free for your company. Partners may pay us a referral fee when they take on a project introduced by us. This fee is agreed between the partner and us. It does not create any obligation for you.
6. Checks on partners
The checks described on this site are carried out before an introduction, with reasonable care and on the basis of information available at that time. They are not an audit, a certification or a guarantee of a partner's future performance, solvency or conduct. We recommend that you carry out your own checks before any commitment.
7. Content of this site
Guides, tables, timelines, cost drivers and examples are general information, given as indicative orders of magnitude. They may not reflect the latest rules, which change, and they do not take your situation into account. No decision should be taken on the sole basis of this content. Images marked as illustrations are created with artificial intelligence and do not show real partners, people or sites.
8. No guarantee of result
We do not guarantee that a partner will be found for every request, that a partner will accept your project, or any outcome, approval, timeline, cost, saving or return.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, advice, products or services of partners, nor for indirect losses such as loss of profit, business or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Your commitments
- Send accurate information and only about a genuine business project.
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, spam or automated requests.
- Keep confidential any information a partner shares with you in confidence.
11. Personal data
The way we use your details is described in the privacy policy.
12. Intellectual property
The texts, logo, design and diagrams of this site are protected. Reproduction requires our prior written permission.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version online when you send a request applies. These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts for Le Cannet, France, subject to any mandatory rules that protect consumers in their country of residence.
